People often have this idea that accountants are boring and only care about numbers, but Fusion CPA takes a holistic approach to financial planning. We see ourselves as financial integrators who can see the bigger picture to help our clients reach their business goals. Our team assists companies all over the US with tax accounting and CFO business advisory.

One of our greatest joys is seeing the look of relief and the feeling of calm our clients experience after working with us. When they see that their books are well balanced, tax compliances are met on time, and that because of working with us they have a better grasp on their finances, they are thankful that they decided to work with an organization that values trust and honesty.

Our US CPA firm prides itself on being paperless. We believe that digital workspaces are ideal for us as it allows our team to connect with clients wherever they may be. At Fusion CPA we have implemented remote working long before most other firms were forced into this during the pandemic. As a team, we are a very technologically forward-thinking and growth-minded firm, which extends to our clients and staff.

We truly value work-life balance, where most CPA firms require employees to work on Saturdays and they average between 50-80 hours per week our team is only asked to work up to 40 hours per week and can work as much as they want or as little.

We hire people who dream big and are committed to organizational success. At the same time, we appreciate that work is not all there is to life.  We don’t believe that accountants should spend crazy hours working during tax season and challenges the idea that you can do good work when you’re behind your computer 90 hours per week. To be truly productive at work, you have to feel like you have the opportunity to pursue a valuable life outside of work. That is why we have built a culture of maintaining a good work-life balance.
