Client Relationship Manager | US Taxation Specialist

Because we do a great job of this, we’re growing and are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager specializing in US Taxation to join our remote team in South Africa into our fold!
We are looking for someone in a similar role but looking for a home-based/remote opportunity and comfortable working Eastern standard business hours, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.

Who you are
A top-tier South African CPA/CA(SA) with a passion for sales and expertise in US tax forms. You’re an excellent communicator, eager to convert inbound leads into lasting client relationships will play an extremely vital role within our organization. This person will be the first responder to all incoming client discovery calls, assist with onboarding new clients, and reconnect with clients for professional service quality assurance.
Client Relationship Manager Job Description
Compensation:
- Base Salary: R600,000 – R900,000, based on experience
- Commission: Earn a competitive commission of 5-15% on revenue from new clients acquisitions
- Performance Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound leads into clients, focusing on US tax services
- Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom with professionalism
- Manage client onboarding and relationship-building
- Understand and apply knowledge of US taxation in client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Managerial Science, or Finance
- 3+ years of inbound sales experience, preferably in a CPA or financial advisory firm
- Proficiency in US tax forms and principles
Strong sales acumen and client management skills
