Because we do a great job of this, we’re growing. We are therefore looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our remote team.
Who you are
A top-tier Bookkeeper/Accountant, proficient in QuickBooks Online to handle our day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
We are looking for someone in a similar role but looking for a home-based/remote opportunity and comfortable working Eastern standard business hours, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record financial transactions into QuickBooks Online
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Generate and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks Online
- Provide regular financial reports to management
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and relevant
- Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of Bookkeeper or Accountant experience, preferably in a CPA or financial advisory firm
- Experience in QuickBooks Online is essential
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations
