NetSuite Accounting Manager
We are seeking a top-tier Controller experienced in NetSuite and proficient in QuickBooks Online to handle our day-to-day accounting and financial activities. This accountant manager job requires a candidate with a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. We also refer to this role as a Senior Accounting Manager, as some of our Controllers take on active leadership roles within our collaborative Controller department, which is always welcomed. We are particularly interested in candidates from Puerto Rico, Argentina, and Colombia for this position.
In this role, you’ll be partnering with the US’ best NetSuite CPA firm, and be part of the top 1% of accountants globally! You’ll have the dual opportunity to both immediately contribute as well as develop your skills alongside this very collaborative team.
As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be able to play a hybrid role on our team, utilizing both your team management skills as well as working directly on client accounting and controller projects as well. The ideal candidate embraces leadership roles and responsibilities.
This is a fully remote position that requires you to work Eastern Standard business hours, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.

NetSuite Accounting Manager Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Passionate about Accounting
- Experienced in NetSuite and QuickBooks and comfortability with integrating interfaces
- Comfortable in one-on-one interactions with CEOs/owners and can manage difficult client

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a valid CPA license
- 2 – 5 years of NetSuite and Quickbooks Online and /or Desktop experience
- Advanced Excel – DSUM, DCOUNT, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, Formulas, Functions, and Macros
- Deep knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Bill.com, Xero, NetSuite, etc), recognizes opportunities to advance client processes and procedures
