Fusion CPA is an award-winning outsourced accounting, tax planning strategy, and growth advisory accounting firm for small - mid-sized businesses located all around the United States. Our clients rely on us to help them stabilize, analyze, and grow their businesses. Because we do a great job of this we’re growing and are looking to bring a Marketing Coordinator into our fold! This is a high-caliber, dynamic role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with a supportive and successful group. You will serve as an active member of the Marketing team and help implement and execute all strategies by maintaining digital marketing channels, preparing and communicating product information, reporting and developing sales and administrative support materials. They will use their understanding of sales and marketing to serve as a liaison with customers, strategic partners, and our sales team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role you must be someone who really enjoys doing all of these important marketing and administrative such as:

  • Serves as front-line support for the sales teams by providing requested information such as flyers, blogs, presentations, email marketing, and more.

  • Assists with corporate communication by creating & sending internal newsletters and other communication.

  • Generates marketing reports and assist with market research activities by preparing & analyzing data.

  • Utilizes various software programs including Zapier, Mailchimp, Gsuite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Canva.

  • Offers sales support for conferences, conventions, lunch & learns, workshops, customer events and other marketing events, as needed.

  • Packs and ship materials for various offices.

  • Supports & implement editorials calendars for press releases, awards, social media, blogs & other channels.


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • A people-person & team player who loves to learn from others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient with various media, tech & software, including Microsoft Office.
